KOI Season 2026

1. General provisions

• These rules set the conditions for participation in the online KOI carp auction on the website www.koiaukcia.sk
• The organizer of the auction is LUSOL TECH s.r.o., with registered office at Lomnická 894/73A, 093 03 Vranov nad Topľou, Company ID: 53043014, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".
• By participating in the auction, users agree to these rules and undertake to comply with them.

2. Participation in the auction

• Only registered users (participants) can place bids in the auction.
• Registration is conditional on providing personal data, including phone number verification.
• Users are required to provide truthful and complete information. In case of incorrect data, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the registration.

3. Auction process

• Each auction takes place on the website www.koiaukcia.sk within a specified time frame.
• Users can place bids higher than the current highest bid.
• Only bids placed during the auction period are accepted.
• If a bid is placed in the last 3 minutes before the end of the auction, the auction time will automatically be extended by 1 minute.

4. Bids

• Participants can place bids manually or via automatic bidding.
• In automatic bidding, a participant can set the maximum amount they want to pay for a given fish. The system places the minimum possible bid at the given time, keeping the participant always one step ahead of other bidders. Once the maximum limit is reached, the participant will be notified and the system will not place further bids unless the participant decides on a new automatic bid.
• If a participant wants to bid live, they must regularly refresh their page.

5. Winner and payment

• The auction winner is the participant with the highest bid after the auction ends.
• After the auction ends, the winner will be notified by email.
• The winner is required to pay the auctioned amount within 3 working days after the auction ends.
• Payment can be made online by card or bank transfer.
• If payment is not made within 3 working days, the participant who placed the second highest bid will automatically be contacted.

6. Auction prize

• After a successful auction, the KOI carp will appear in the participant's account.
• For each auctioned fish, the winner will receive a KOI ID CARD with a photo of the fish, ID code, variety, year of hatching, breeder, sex if determined, fish length, and date of ID card creation.

7. Delivery of auctioned KOI carp

• Auction participants choose one of the available delivery dates for the KOI carp.
• For 2026, delivery within planned routes in Slovakia and the Czech Republic is free of charge.
• Delivery to a specific address outside planned routes is possible by individual arrangement and is charged (must be arranged in advance).
• Delivery dates for Slovakia are 9.5.2026, 23.5.2026, and 13.6.2026.
• For the Czech Republic, the delivery date is set for 30.5.2026. Additional dates for the Czech Republic will be announced later.
• Reservation of a delivery date is required. Auctioned fish must be prepared for transport. The delivery date must be reserved at least 14 days in advance to ensure suitable conditions for transporting KOI carp.
• Delivery in Slovakia will follow the mentioned dates and route through the cities VRANOV NAD TOPĽOU - PREŠOV - POPRAD - LIPTOVSKÝ MIKULÁŠ - RUŽOMBEROK - ŽILINA - TRENČÍN - TRNAVA - BRATISLAVA - NITRA - ZLATÉ MORAVCE - ZVOLEN - BANSKÁ BYSTRICA - LUČENEC - RIMAVSKÁ SOBOTA - ROŽŇAVA - KOŠICE - VRANOV NAD TOPĽOU.
• In the Czech Republic, the route will be OSTRAVA - OLOMOUC - BRNO - HRADEC KRÁLOVÉ - PRAGUE - PLZEŇ - ČESKÉ BUDĚJOVICE.
• Exact delivery time will be specified approximately one week in advance.
• If a participant is not present at the pickup location on time, a fee of €30.00 will be charged for failing to collect the koi, and an additional storage fee of €8.00/week will be charged for storing the KOI carp at the Organizer's facility.

8. Personal pickup of KOI

• Personal pickup of KOI is also possible from 1.5.2026.
• If the auction winner decides to pick up the KOI personally, it can be done at Lomnická 894/73A, Vranov nad Topľou.
• The personal pickup date must be scheduled by phone at +421 918 337 342, at least 7 days in advance.
• Fish will be packaged in transport bags with water and clean oxygen, then placed in a box for safe transport.
• Packing and pickup are free of charge.
• Storage of fish is also free until 14.6.2026.
• If the winner does not choose a delivery date or pick up the auctioned fish personally by 14.6.2026, a fee of €8.00 per week (or part thereof) will be charged for storage at the Organizer's facility.

9. Free winter storage

• KOI storage service is free for participants until 13.6.2026.
• From 14.6.2026, fees will be charged for storing uncollected KOI purchased until 31.5.2026 (inclusive).
• Reservation of a pickup date for KOI in time is essential. The earliest possible pickup date is 1.5.2026 (or earlier if temperature conditions are suitable for releasing KOI into the pond).

10. Quarantine

• KOI carp will undergo successful quarantine before the delivery date.
• In addition, the fish are microscopically examined weekly for parasites and worms.

11. Complaints and responsibility

• The Organizer guarantees that the fish are healthy and in good condition at the time of handover.
• After delivery, the Organizer is not responsible for the health condition of the fish if they were not transported by the Organizer.
• In case of problems or complaints, the Organizer must be contacted within 24 hours of receipt.

12. Final provisions

• The Organizer reserves the right to change these rules without prior notice.
• All disputes arising from participation in the auction will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of the Slovak Republic.
• These rules are valid and effective from 25.1.2026.
